Lemon.1805
I have submitted a ticket to support regarding the issue. I would like to provide more information to ANET as it seems this has been a problem for months. I have seen some discussion on here about using a program called PingPlotter to get more information on what is happening. I have downloaded the program but lost as to what my "target" should be set to. should it just be https://www.guildwars2.com? if so all this red don't look too good. Healix.5819
You can get the IP of the instance you're currently in with the chat command: /ip A lot of Amazon's servers will show up as having a 100% packet loss. It doesn't mean anything, they simply don't respond to pings.

(All the places that do show packet loss are routers that ignore some or all of the diagnostic packets; the packet loss doesn't persist to later hops.) So the good news is that this isn't related to the network. The bad news is that you don't yet know what is causing the issue, and so you need to keep looking.
