Key Problem

Hi Guys,I bought PoF and HoT together with the 50% sales about 4 hours ago.I have only received the order number email,but still no key.I Submitted a ticket and still no response.Don't know what to do...

Maybe there's a problem with processing your payment method. Have you checked to make sure it's gone through?

I bought the game twice earlier, it took around 30 min to send me the email with the key. First time I tried, it said it worked but it didn't actually process the payment after all. Worked on second/third try, double and triple check spam folders etc, keep in mind that it sends the mail to the account associated with the payment, not the one of your account

The money isn't in the card anymore so I guess the expansion have been bought.The order was made becouse I got the email with order number.Don't know what to say.

Sometimes, the Serial Keys take a few hours to arrive. CS Tickets may take up to two or three weeks, but could be just a few days.

I have the same problem, received the order submitted mail but nothing more for 7 hours, i've opened a ticket asking for help and they answered there's a pending transaction, but i know it because it's the expansion! No further response after that, i'd like to play at least a few hours today as i won't be home for the next days, but it seems this won't be the case..
