[EU] looking for static raid group

Hi, i am looking for a static raid group with experienced players for weekly raid clears. I currently got around 150Li with multiple kills on all bosses in W1-4. I am currently working on getting good at the last wing. Im able to play Condition Soulbeast and Condition Daredevil pretty good, but im also willing to play druid, condi berserker (banners) and weaver (not very good at it though).
