en.support.guildwars2.com was the old link that was made obsolete years ago. When browsers began implementing stricter certificate rules, this one became invalid, since it was technically only valid for support.guildwars2.com, hence the error. The new link, as seen at the top of this page, is just support.guildwars2.com, which redirects to help.guildwars2.com.
