Anthony.3207
Ok so i went to gamestop to buy 5x 15$ gem code cards. That is 1200 gems X 5 or 6000 gems. The first card i scratched used a 20 digit code. The 2nd and 3rd card used a 10 digit number only code. The game client won't accept the 10 digit number codes. I haven't scratched the last 2 cards yet. I am playing on an EU server from an NA home based location (NA IP address). Can somebody help me ? Anthony.3207
The game stop was in Texas near my house where i live. It accepted and gave me 1200 gems for the 20 digit code but doesn't recognize the 10 digit codes.
Anthony.3207
OK false alarm. I put in the 10 digit number codes with a space in between the number pairs and it accepted the codes. FALSE ALARM thanks any ways for listening.
Steve The Cynic.3217
Glad to hear you fixed it, and glad to see you explained what you did, but it might be a good idea to leave some hint in the title of the thread as to what exactly was (Solved). If you do that, another player with the same problem will be able to find it more easily. (For sure, leave (Solved) in there, but say *what* was solved.)
