Brutality trait + Sigil of Concentration = Fail?

This trait called Brutality "gain quickness when you swap weapons" seems to not work with Sigil of concentration.

The thing is, I weapon swap I gain both Quickness + 33% boon duration from the sigil, but the Sigil proc is applied MILISECONDS AFTER the quickness from the trait, so it's not getting affected by the Sigil.

Have anyone tested this or have a way to make the quickness be affected by the Sigil proc?

That's just how sigil of concentraition works. It doesn't affect any boons on swap like sigil of agility.

use legend swap - it'll trigger the sigil but not brutality. then weapon swap.
