Change Brandstone Multitool to a map ability instead of requiring an item

Having the Brandstone Multitool as an item is a bit of a pain. You have to always have it on a character who goes to Istan, meaning it either takes up a shared slot or you have to do tedious item juggling through the bank. Similar to how the gliding skills from Bloodtone Fen work, it would more practical to have it be a special action key skill that actives on Istan when appropriate, the same functionality as the item does now, but as an ability for being on the map rather than requiring you to carry this item around all the time. Inventory bloat is bad enough without having single-map items you need to always keep.

Totally agree. The multitool is inconvenient as it is; once we gain the tool it should show up as a special action hotkey map mechanic character-wide.

Cost. I have close to the shared slot cap, and I don't put it in there except in uncommon circumstances, simply because I already have a bunch of stuff in there, and while it is inconvenient, it isn't $8.75, or 150 gold, to me to be able to stash it up there. (Not to mention that I can't buy only $8.75 worth of gems, but have to purchase a larger block.)

Since there isn't anything in the map that uses the special key, it makes sense.
