I activated the serial code in the wrong account

I have two accounts in guild wars 2, one with wrong email (I typed one more character), and another with the correct email, I activated the hearth of trons serial code in the wrong account, could you help me with this problem?

You'll need to be more patient. It might take up to two weeks.

 

You may also want to provide them with additional information such as the emails linked to both accounts, some the names of your characters on each, the time you last logged into the accounts and if possible also the serial number to your ticket. That way they cna help you faster. DO NOT open a new ticket for this, simply reply to your already existing one with the additional info.

 

Good luck. They fixed that very same issue for me after 7 days :)
