Character Model Hair Quality reduction after selecting an option in self style kits.

I am saddened to see the model quality of the hair, as it's rendered in game, is different than what we see in the preview of the self style kits. it's losing not only quality of color but also the transparencies that allows my characters eyes to be seen through the hair model. Is there a way of resolving this? I use an EVGA Geforce GTX 680 Superclocked edition Card.

Side note: Hair renders correctly in character select screen, just not in the main game.

lightning. character screen and the dye kit use the same lightning envirioment

whereas in the game it changes constantly with even night and day and building/shadows

I feel the quality and shadows and the like of the character select screen looks better than everything else. Wish there was an option to have the rest of the game appear like that. ... Even if it might blow up my computer.

it's not simply lighting. the textures and shaping of the hair is primitive in game.
