Charr Refugee Outfit

Hey all-

 

I've been trying to find an outfit for a charr but cant seem to. Basically, there are lots of charr that look like refugees that walk around many of the major cities. They are all wearing what looks like a sack cloth... basically almost a big tabard that looks like it is out of leather. It sort of has this tabard look that goes down and partially covers the tail. I cant find it on any of the Charr set armory galleries on the wiki, but was wondering if anyone knew.

 

I have screenshots, but dont know how to post them in this forum.

Great thought! I just checked most of them and didnt see it, but maybe I've been looking in the completely wrong section.

There are a lot of clothes worn by Charr NPCs that aren't available to players, though. Unfortunately, player characters can't get any of them.

I have been scouring, but I think it must be one that is not able to be acquired. Thanks for all the help.

This is the closest one to it, but not quite it.
