[Suggestion] Dolyak Race

Please increase the Dolyak Race start time to once an hour. The Crown Pavilion race starts at least once an hour because it is linked to the conclusion of the player donated/controlled Boss Blitz; however the Dolyak Race appears to be a stand alone event. It really is a long time span in between races making it difficult to learn the race and then go for the achievement -- especially when you have limited time to play.
