Inculpatus cedo.9234
You are getting an OutOfMemory error. Perhaps, you need more RAM, or what you have is going bad. You can contact the Tech CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below for assistance. Good luck.
Hero Phalanx.9406
Ty for your advice. I will try to contact the support. I think my Ram (16GB) is fine. I also did a Memory Check.

Windows built in memory checker isn't very good, memtest64 is mainly check for bad ram sticks, if that's the case you'll get random restarts and blue screen of memory dump one piece of info you left out... is your windows 10 64bit version or 32bit version? a 32bit operating system can only utilise up to 3.5GB RAM no matter how much physical RAM you go in the box
jishi.7568
with freshly logged in win 10 screen, click on search-> type in "%appdata%" -> click on "%appdata%" folder-> enter "Guild Wars 2" folder -> Delete "local.dat" file(empty trash bin). play Guild Wars 2, hope that helps. If find cause let me know. My brother with a ryzen 5 1600 8gb ram is having crashing issues after a while of playing, not sure if he still uses his gtx 950. RAM = memory. > one piece of info you left out... is your windows 10 64bit version or 32bit version? > a 32bit operating system can only utilise up to 3.5GB RAM no matter how much physical RAM you go in the box That, too. I didn't think Windows 10 was available in 32-bit, but I checked and was shocked to see that it is. How you can still create a 32-bit version these days to begin with is beyond me. Inculpatus cedo.9234
I don't believe the 64-bit GW2 client can run on 32-bit Windows. The OP states he/she is using the 64-bit client.

Hero Phalanx.9406
Ok back from work and finally some time for gw2. I ran a memory check with mem test (like you advised) and this was the result: http://prntscr.com/ke9dsb (don't get confused by 2% pass and 16% test. It already finished once, this is the second run.) As you can see at the bottom of the picture: "Pass complete, no errors" Support didn't respond yet Not sure what i should check now edit: ok tried to play again. No problems running only gw2, but asap i open other programs in the background i get a black screen in gw2. I still heared the sound of other programs (music, ts3) so i disconnected my screen and connected it again (just to see what might happen). Black screen disappeard, gw2 shut down (other programs still running, no error message) send help QQ ------------------------------------------------------- 2nd edit: could fix the blackscreen with an older nvidia driver but now i get crash reports again: *--> Crash <--* OOM: Heap, bytes=1398240, App: Gw2-64.exe Pid: 10632 Cmdline: BaseAddr: 00007FF7995D0000 ProgramId: 101 Build: 91137 When: 2018-08-03T20:41:50Z 2018-08-03T22:41:50+02:00 Uptime: 0 days 0:05:03 Flags: 0 ------------------------------------------------------- 3rd edit: ok i activated the page file on the drive gw2 is running on. worked for a while but after ~50 min i get the next error D: *--> Crash <--* OOM: Heap, bytes=1048672, App: Gw2-64.exe Pid: 7412 Cmdline: BaseAddr: 00007FF61D0E0000 ProgramId: 101 Build: 91137 When: 2018-08-04T09:23:43Z 2018-08-04T11:23:43+02:00 Uptime: 0 days 0:49:30 Flags:
