Magic Carpet Glider and Toy

So usually when things have a non glider use and a glider skin, they're a two for one deal sort of thing.

But originally, the magic carpet was just a funny, quirky little floating toy...now that I've returned, I see its a glider skin as well, but uh...I don't have it.

 

Is that intentionally? Cause I already have the 'toy', am I expected to pay for a duplicate toy just to get the glider wings? Or did I miss out on some 'free redemption' thing or is it something else entirely? (And have any other "toy" items been given glider/armor skins or something?)

I don't think it's available right now, but if so, you can check the price and see if it discounts the Toy you already have from the bundle. Some bundles do; some do not.

Its in the gem store right now cause of anniversary sales and leaving in less than 24 hours, and theres no discount listed. Why I figured I'd come here, ask for some community info/input. I was debating using the actual support contact system if I didnt get any real answers here.

The toy is a much older item than the glider. One does not give the other I'm afraid (and there wasn't a redemption period to make it happen). AFaik only items that launched and were physically linked together (ie glider/backpack combo) got that treatment.
