In recent weeks, I've been reading about many others not having *great service* or worse. Please know I'm not trying to suggest others are incorrect in any way! But rather just adding my own experience to the general mix. Thank you ARENA NET (and I did receive the survey pertaining to how I felt about my recent s-ticket.)
