Strange Dismounting rubber banding

Before we get into this.. this is not lag or graphics glitching.

Game is running fine, nothing to report on that front, no skill lag, no latency issues... but each and every time I dismount I get a weird rubber banding effect pulling me up, out then back to the dismount spot... Started noticing this on Sirens Landing about 2 hrs ago and it's still happening. Never seen this issue before and couldn't find anything on the forums regarding this. Its pretty disorientating when your trying to dismount on peaks or specific spots or fast mount swapping etc.. definitely something is amiss imo. Anyone else seeing something similar today.

Did you get spun around by a Hierarch during an Awakened Invasion and not break it by running away? That's the only times it's happened to me, and I had to quit out of and relog into the char to fix it.

I've seen this before, too. It might be connected to the Hierarchs- I usually see it when I go into Istan and do Palawadan, but I haven't seen it outside of there... I always thought it was just lag or somehow connected to the low fps I always get there.

Incidentally, turn off Best Texture Filtering when you're in Istan. There's something about it, in Istan, that seriously messes your framarate up.

Nah this is in Sirens Landing.. nothing to do with the spinny spinny in Istan.. most prevalent on the griffon, sometimes on jackal and springer
