Wrong item purchased at laurel merchant

I accidentally purchased wrong item at the Laurel Merchant in Divinity's Reach for 40 laurels and 50 Globe of ectoplasm. Is there a way to change it for the correct item?

Contact support and ask if they can send you the item you wanted. They'll likely ask you to destroy the item you accidentally bought. But keep in mind that support is backed up, so it could take some time.

As Rose mentioned contact support but make sure you keep it in the inventory of the character you bought the item on. So when I had the same thing happen, I listed that it was in my character Maliha's inventory. This helped them locate the sale/purchase in the log files. Good luck and I hope it works out.
