Who care's about the loss of Vigor on a dodge Spec (((: Normad's endurance is practically the second Mirage Mantle. Pls look at the several " damage increased by 100%" buffs for other profs. No considerations for how incredibly unused Scepter is, they just see one buff and a rebalance on two skills on a dusty old weapon and apparently Mirage is now even further buffed. I swear to the five that the patch notes could read an entire list of nerfs, with a single buff to say iWarden, and there would be nonsensical moaning. Every other build and every elite spec in the future will have this vigor reduction because of current condi mirage.
