Facet of Nature - Assassin has an ICD

I was just testing it out and it appears the Assassin facet has an ICD on its life steal. It only activated once for my Precision strike. It also only activated once when I used autoattack twice (under quickness). It also activated twice when I repeated auto twice under quickness, but with impossible odds.

 

This leads me to believe it has approx a 1/2s or 3/4s cd, maybe even 1s cd.

 

It only adds 148 dmg at 25 might, too.

Yes this needs to be addressed every attack should be considered an attack a therefore should leech for all 5-10 players you are supporting.. anet. Needs to fix that now. It needs to be like soulcleave but not as much dps at least 250
