Living World - Season 5 format

I was wondering if something drastic will change in the format of the season 5 compared to the previous ones? Also, will the LWS5 be free for the players who bought the PoF expansion?

As for "free to owners of PoF" - based on previous seasons, it'll be unlocked for free for anyone logging in while it's current. It seems likely that it will require PoF to access.

We can be pretty sure that any LW episode will be added to those account that log in while the episode is current. That has always been the norm, and as far as I know this goes for all kinds of account.

 

As for who actually gets access to the content, that may or may not follow the earlier pattern of being for those with the latest expansion. Consider:

* LW3 and LW4 have build on the previous expansion, and utilized many of its unique features.

* When LW5 comes it may also build on top of PoF and use its unique feature (mounts).

* LW5 _might_ also be a more stand-alone build-up to expansion 3 in which case it _might_ be available to all paid accounts. It all depends, I guess, on how Anet plans to build it.

hopefully they expand on the Order of Whispers story. I think that group's story will be the "shock" that Tyria needs toward some thriller storyline. If not, I can understand why.
