To have anything like this, the Birthday vendor would have to sell Jennah minis for laurels to characters who are older than 1 year. The simplest thing to do with these minis like Jennahs, Professor Mews and all these minis that can't be used in the mystic forge and have become too worthless could be making them salvageable or tradable at a vendor for currencies: * Jennas -> Karma * Professor Mews -> Fractal Relics. * Monkey Kings -> Geodes. * Sunspears -> Trade Contracts.
