New to raids

Hello

In about 2/4 weeks I'm looking to start doing raids.

(letting life settle down into a routine before I do raids)

I'm looking to join an EU or UK based guild that use discord for comms

as well as able to help me work towards gearing up my characters

I've done the first boss of wing 1 before I believe

played a viper necro

I suggest you to join raid training discords. You can easily google them. Forsaken Thicket guild is one that comes to my mind

 

You will hardly find any guild willing to carry you, at most you will find raid training guilds, or guilds that do training. (Basically don't expect to start full clearing in your first week of raiding :) )

Not sure what do you mean by "help gearing chars". In raid TRAININGS you are supposed to at least have a full exotic gears. On some harder bosses you should have ascended (not really required, but it helps)
