Tried waiting around the instance/looking for any NPCs I can talk to, and redid it three times always stalling at the same spot. Hopefully this gets addressed soon. My instance kept stalling so I stood at the WP and waited for the conversation to complete (no dialog box, just voice comms from Taimi) and then entered the instance.
