grittyKitty.4538 Posted October 26, 2018 Share Posted October 26, 2018 Been trying for over a month. Visit Jahai every day with 3 toons that completed the story. Warmaster Stoneburn does not have the mist item required to complete the shoulders and progress after completing the heart daily. Attempted to report my progress over the past month on two another forum threads. We (currently) have four(4) guild members (so far) that have stalled for the Requiem Armor achievement. Submitted, at least, 2-3 bug reports on various occasions. First, finished story with Warrior, then switched to Elementalist and started to complete the achievements and chose Light Armor at each stage... currently stuck at, 16/21 (I think, shoulders). P.S. I cannot for the life of me get her to sell it to me for the past 2 weeks!!! Even though all previous steps in the collection has been completed. It's a different bug bro. Did you read the thread ? The OP mentions the exact same problem adding screenshots also. The bug is NOT resolved but they closed that thread hence other people are questioning the issue here. Like them, I am currently unable to progress in The Convergence of Sorrow II: Requiem due to this bug. "I did everything by the book, step by step. Now I am supposed to get a Mist-Entangled Item from Village Head Azi, but he has none to offer in his vendor's list. I cannot buy the mist-entangled item from Village Head Azi even though I am on the appropriate spot in the collection, and I have completed the heart. I already submitted a ticket, but it does not seem like there is a resolution coming. I have been waiting for about a month and I keep checking back. Then I was looking in the forums and I saw other people have had the same issue, but their post was updated and they reported it fixed. One bug was resolved; at least one more remains. The underlying issue was only recently discovered, so there (a) isn't a solution yet, (b) any solution still has to go through QA, and © after passing testing, it still has to be scheduled for a release (whether planned or hotfix). There's nothing else to be done except the most challenging aspect of gaming for Veterans and new MMOers alike: Waiting. (Up to you whether you prefer to wait patiently or impatiently — I recommender the former, because it makes it easier to enjoy the rest of the game.) I check most every day, and Azi is still missing the item. I hope you (development/ANet) are aware that there is still an actual problem, yes? Your recent posts that seem to continually point to this 'resolved' thread make be worried this fact is not understood by ANet. It is not fixed. One of those bugs was corrected on 10/24. Here is the Known Issue Tracker report of that: Recently Solved DESCRIPTION DATE SOLVED Achievements: "Convergence of Sorrow II: Requiem" - Some users may be unable to purchase Mist-Entangled Items to complete the Requiem Armor collection. 2018-10-24 But yes, there are other issues. I reached out to QA on October 25th to ask for an update on further resolutions, and they cited in particular that the norn nameplate issue was corrected 10/16, another issue was corrected 10/24 (as above, where it says *some* users may be able to make purchases), and a remaining issue involving a vendor bug had been added to the tracking bug in the system and now appears to have a potential fix.
