Camps (home)

Since our characters are now sitting on chairs all over the place, and we're mentioning homes, I'd go for the in-between: camps! You can craft between mission, feed your mount, sit on your chair, repair your armor, play winter bells... And chill.

 

Best places would be priory camps you can find all over the place or fire camps from refugees. These outposts would become more relevant and become home instances.

 

You could also camp with lone merchants... Or skritts and get a random chance to get an item or funny chat or have your weapons stolen.

No, it could trigger a quest... They could steal legendaries, lol.
