If you meant that you didn't have it at the time, but now you do own PoF: No, you can't unspend hero points once you use them. But it's not really a big deal to go knock out a bunch of hero points real fast to finish both specs... Almost all the points in PoF maps are soloable and give 10 points each. It is not strictly PvP. There are PvP aspects to it but it is not PvP. It really is easy to get HP's in WvW. It isn't based on kills but participation level. So so long as you are doing things that help your realm you are going to knock out HPs fast. Depending on when you are playing you may not see a single player who's not on your team. WvW is only faster if you've already been doing it and have a bunch of proofs hoarded...
