[Suggestion] Lion's Arch boat ride, dolyak hay wagon ride and races

I'd like to see a boat ride added in Lion's Arch bay. During Halloween they could have a remake on it to give a haunted boat ride with scary things popping up out of the water. A dolyak hay wagon ride could be added as a ride around the city. With a slight map makeover to allow a passage from the light house to the area around the Durmand Priory Research Site beach the wagon could circumnavigate the city and races could be held around the city.
