Dual.8953 Posted October 22, 2018 Share Posted October 22, 2018 My Brother has been wanting to play GW2 again, after quitting around when the Karka attacked LA, unfortunately he’s lost his boxed copy of gw2 core thus his serial number. He was pretty hardcore in gw1 having unlocked a lot of the account rewards and I think losing his account would be a deal breaker. He does still have all his gw1 boxes, could he use one of those to help prove he’s the owner of the account in a support ticket or is there anything else he could do? Your brother needs to contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and work with the CS Team. He can 'Submit a Ticket' using the anonymous option. Good luck. Let your brother contact support himself using his own e-mail account because sharing account data with others is not something support will do for obvious reasons.
