Sigil of blood/leeching's interaction with shroud.

Considering the fact that they are considered lifesteals, shouldn't those 2 sigils also heal while in reaper shroud and death shroud?

Along with The superior runes of Vampirism and Scavenging's effects?

Instead of only dealing damage?

ANet policy for easy balancing: shroud heal can only be achieved via trait effects.

 

Direct heals, boons, runes, sigils are excluded to avoid complex (hard to balance) interactions.

Its mainly anets horrible technical background.

 

They have great artists, but their actual execution is always late and lacking. Shroud was coded without heals and will remain so untill powercreeped expansion 5. So even if they wanted to change it now, they couldnt produce that reality in next 2 years.

 

And their balance vision is also necro being the only class who cant use the kit n heal playstyle.
