Context: I purchased standard versions of both expansions, with a +1 character slot. My account associated with the card cleared the transaction(s), and it appears to have taken the money, but GW2 has shown no signs of either expansion, or the additional character slot. It's displaying both expansions as "Active," under my Account - Overview. Thank you for the quick reply. Hopefully it all goes without a hitch ... !
