having trouble entering the SHINE OF BEETLETUN

I did the 2 HEARTS and the VISTA As well as the hero point i talked to the dude betweeen the guards still not open i am not sure why is there some kind trick to getto open

Im confused here, you talking about this? https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Shire_of_Beetletun Which is an open world area and thus always opened. Or are you talking about this? https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Caudecus%27s_Manor Which is a dungeon and can only be entered as a dungeon.

Shire of Beetletun is the town - if you've done the hero point then you must have been through it.

 

If you mean the big gated house behind the town it's a dungeon. It's called Caudecus's Manor and you have to be level 40 to enter, and at least one member of your party needs to go through the gate - if you're the right level you get a prompt to enter when you run up to the gate.

The door is the entrance to a dungeon to be played with a party of five, you don't need to go there for world exploration and probably shouldn't go in without company

You have to be level 40 to enter that dungeon.
