They gave me instruction on the subject which I followed and now it's been 2 days and I havent heard from them. Does it usually take this long? Let's say they hired a slew of people a week ago...two weeks ago. How long do you think it would be before they were trained enough to handle complicated issues arising such as access, or connection issues? I'm sure no one would want someone not well-trained giving access to an account who merely claimed they forgot their password, or wanted the authenticator removed.
