Does casting "Phase Smash" count as character in movement?

Does the hammer 3 skill "Phase Smash" count as character in movement? So does it trigger "+X% Damage while Moving" food effects?

Phase Smash does physically move you to the location but it does not count as a moving strike. Tested ingame for an hour without food and with seaweed. To verify the damage range I turned on +7% modifier after testing and numbers shot up to expected values. Regardless, even if it did count I would still have recommended power food. I tested that too (100 power / no ferocity) and it was displaying numbers better than the expected 5% damage increase food (no might used during testing).

Thank you tons for testing! I didn't even think too much about using the food - my question was more out of curiosity. I like to know things like that!
