You have to deal a fair amount of damage to the Deimos in the 10% phase, even hitting the boss all the way through will still not be enough if you don't do enough damage. Hopefully it gets fixed :+1: This was reported a while ago, pretty sure at this point they either can't fix it or don't know how. This also isn't this items first time having a wonky trigger rate.
