Everyone seems stuck on the Europe thing. There's like three or four different definitions of what Europe is,

(Russia being 0% part of it).

Beside, its beside the point.

 

The point is that of western Europe only has Germany and France, while Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, etc are literally left in the cold.

I'm just angry because it feels insulting

Perhaps, the powers that be used the common Wikipedia definition of 'Europe'. Who knows?

It truly doesn't matter; it is what it is (as far as countries included).

You can be angry as much as you like, but that doesn't change the laws ANet has to follow when offering sweepstakes in different countries. As was explained above on the example of the dutch laws, these can be pretty different even between neighbouring countries.
