Frostbow used to be awesome, but sadly after it's been nerfed I don't find it's worth using. I've got a few lightning hammer skill 4 AOEs off though, it's still fun to play with in certain situations (but it's risky/ballsy, not a huge reward vs other skills like arcane wave)

Frostbow is actually quite good in very specific situations and tight choke points, which arent quite common. Skill 4 can provide almost as good pressure as FGS5, but it definitely requires terrain advantage due to rooting part of the skill and loss of an utility skill.
