JackassTheX.6351 Posted December 5, 2018 Share Posted December 5, 2018 OK, I know this is a GW1 related question, not so much GW2, but I've been wondering this since Nightfall came out and I've consulted a number of world musicians and muso friends and I just can't figure it out. What is that instrument that starts the track and keeps going on in the background?! Please oh please someone relieve me of my misery and just TELL me. Preferably ask the man himself. Someone on YouTube said it's tapped guitar strings but the attack is too sudden and punchy. I've thought of it being a santur, but santurs have way more sustain.
