Can the "Walk" keybind get an option for a hold press rather than a toggle?

Recently returned to the game and have spent many hours perfectly my steam keybinds on my newly configured htpc but one keybind that I can't get to work conveniently is the "Walk" keybind and that is because it is a toggle rather than a hold. This means that when trying to make a light press on a joystick cause your character to walk, it will instead keep walk turned on since it is a toggle (there is no clever way to work around this in steam because although you can configure a lot, there are some limitations)

 

So, could we please get a "hold" functionality change for the "walk" keybind?

I would just like to add that it should be a *new* keybind, not a change to the behaviour of the existing one, so you can bind a key to the "hold-to-walk" function, or you can bind a key to the "toggle between walk and run" function, or even both (but not the same key, obviously). I *like* how the current one works, but I see no reason to exclude the suggested function either.
