Is there a way to turn off Mantra of Pain's scream?

I've been experimenting with this skill and want to include it on a build I'm working on, however the frequent screaming sound effect from using it is rather annoying. (in my own personal opinion) Perhaps in time I'll get used to it but figured I'd ask now just in case there happens to be a way that I'm unaware of. (Without muting the rest of the game lol)

I'm not sure if there's a way - you might have to get used to it like rev's hearing their legends lol. Maybe there is a way to turn it off but I haven't tried. I do like hearing certain asura and charr screams in game though, it sounds funny.
