It is similar to the greatsaw, but having seen them side by side I think they're different enough to be distinct, at least no worse than other similar weapons like Infinite Light and Chaos Sword or Seraph and Krytan weapons. I was actually thinking it might be good for one of my charr, whereas the greatsaw is too big and clunky for me. This one appears to be themed off charr machines. Calling it a 'ripoff' is incorrect, otherwise you may as well call every machine-themed weapon a ripoff of whichever one came first.
