Mist accessories can be transformed via the [Mist Capacitor](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Mist_Capacitor) and Blood Ruby accessories via the [bloodstone Capacitor](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Bloodstone_Capacitor) (caveat: remember to remove the infusions first; like any stat-transforming tool, the original item is destroyed and replaced with a new one).
