If this did not happen to you yet, consider yourself lucky and stop replying without anything useful to say. Had it on 100 and 99 also. The reason I did not bother to post on forums before is because like most other very old bugs, chances for this to get fixed is close to zero. At least in my thoughts the devs would have it easier to see, which instance it was, if some parameters maybe are wrong or something like that. Put another way: it's not that ANet isn't aware of the issue (they are); it's not that they think it's low priority (they don't) It's that it's turned out to be trickier to resolve than it seems like it should be from our perspective outside the studio.
