Orb of Light should have Ground Targeting

Orb of Light is well known to get stuck in various types of terrain, particularly around hills, which makes the skill more than clunky to use. I believe that Orb of Light should be ground targeted in order to fix those issues and make the skill less clunky to use. Weaver has ground targeting on some of its staff dual attack (as you can see on those pictures: [1](https://imgur.com/a/nAjMm "1") and [2](https://imgur.com/a/ne7fn "2")), and it makes them fun to use because they don’t get stuck everywhere.

It should be like Herald's shield skill 4. It's very clunky to use in its current implimentation.
