The speed their servers are serving to you the data is also relevant and if they are throttling their throughput no speed you have will exceed the max they are allowing per connection assuming they have a max rate on their end. Steam always seems to have pretty good throughput on their end in that way. Anet might be governing theirs in some fashion. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
