Satchel of OR Box of ....what to buy? (mesmer)

So I've decided that I'm going to buy one of those Satchel of X's Exalted/Emblazoned Armor OR Box of X's Draconic/Gladiator Armor for when I hit 80 to have a full set of exotic gear ready. Question is what set should I pick up? I was planning on being a Chrono tank at 80 (still don't know what weapons & builds to use but from what I understand Chrono is the tank build). What set of gear would you recommend from those boxes/satchels to pick up?

Satchels are usually more expensive iirc. They were poorly planned.

As a reminder:

- Heavy armor: guardian, revenant and warrior. _Box of X's Draconic/Gladiator Armor_

- Medium armor: Engineer, ranger and thief. _Satchel of X's Emblazoned Armor_

- Light armor: Elementalist, mesmer and necromancer. _Satchel of X's Exalted Armor_

So for individual pieces what modifier for gear would you recommend for someone who wants to chrono tank?

I'd suggest someone else reply on that bit. My pve experience is limited to T4 fractals. For raids, with the new diviner stats what I know will probably change anyway.
