so i want Fire-Breathing Longbow according to wiki. so question is if i buy the chest will the long bow be in there? or i have to wait for the cycle? because i dont want to spend 1000+ on a chest and just to found out it's only have current BL items.

However, the current cost of the BLEC on the TP is **very** high. It's 900-1200 gold depending, whereas I acquired mine for 300-500. If you can wait for it to cycle back to the BL Chest, the price will drop a lot.
