[NA] Old hand looking for guild to raid with

Hi I'm looking for a good american guild to start raiding with, I'm a friendly, experienced (at the game, not raids) and well equipped warrior trying to get into raids.

 

I learn fast and put lots of effort in when playing, was hoping for a guild that has lots of members that gets the job done without too much elitism and that teaches players how to raid.

 

I only speak English and I'm willing to set up my warrior in any way to get the job done if anyone has a place for me please contact me, I have tons of alt characters but my main is called Crunchy Grooves, thanks :-D
