Can i become asura?

I really like my necro but its human. I wanna be an asura.. Can i change one of my asuras professions to necro or change from human to necro??

 

I got an 80 boost but dont wanna do map completion and personal story again and i cant just not do it

You don’t have to do map completion or personal story. Park your necro at a chest or node for a daily harvest and use it as a mule (storage char). Level your new char anyway you like, including by crafting, tomes or level 80 boost, then go play the game. If you play PvE get only the waypoints you need and ignore the rest. If you have a mount you can get the wps fast now.

Story and map Comp are not essential, though i have your point.

 

There was a thread about a 'tyria wp bundle'' that will be probably avaible through gems, so the problem col be solved with Tomes and scrolls + this new bundle.

you'll have to make a new character if you want to change race, but fret not, you'll probably have a levelling scroll and some 40-80 tomes of knowledge lying in your bank.

if you powerlevel with consumables, you also get all the hero points (enough to unlock all base traits and skills)
