It's not the gogo class that right, due to lack of kite (leap, tp etc) and sustain, but if you're smart and don't spam f2-f5 like an ***** you can kill almost every (melee) eager roamers. Anchoku.8142 Posted February 12, 2019 Share Posted February 12, 2019 Solo roaming as a Necro in WvW is dumb. Necro is best used as the +1 to your allies when roaming. Let the skirmish set up with you as the bait or you as the add. When things look tough but doable, burst the soft CC and corruption to flip the table on your squad's opponents. Necro has good AoE and soft CC. It is good at area denial but setting it up is harder. Choose that area and when to make it. As far as gear, simple soldier's with rune of the reaper on a shout-reaper build can be good. It does not have to be perfect as long as you can do your condi-pressure thing and not be easily downed.
