Crystal Circuit Racer achievement

Has anyone attempted the achievement after this latest patch? I know it only awarded the instance owner completion and not to any others in the party. I would like to get this achievement crossed off my list, but don't want to waste the time/effort of others if they are unable to get the credit too.

I can confirm that I got this with a friend who started the instance a couple of weeks ago. It didn't show up in my buff bar so I figured I was sol but when we finished the instance the achieve popped up for me.

 

First we tried it with me running the instance on a first story run on that alt. Sadly my friend stood in the wrong place and died part way through, and then it force-checkpointed us to a later part of the instance with no achieves active. So we finished the story and restarted with him creating the instance and went through and I got it as described above. Still don't have Electrophobia but definitely completed all the other achieves from that story step.
