wont help getting people to take it down as fast as possible, you are just asking them to drag out the fight

 

just throw in a bonus account daily bag if shatterer never flight during the fight as the end reward, and that rare bag have a super rare chance of getting Crystal Infusion, you'll see people flooding shatterer doing the smash

Shatterer bar is practically unbreakable with normal class cc's. You need to use the cc from glide bombing. And to succeed you need somewhere around 1/4 to 1/3 of all the participants in the glide bombing run.

 

The problem is that the time to break the bar is very short. It's so short, that in order for you to use the skill on time you need to already be in the air (or at least right at the launchpad) when the breakphase starts. If you start running towards the pad from the melee stack, you won't be on time.

 

That level of coordination is not likely to happen in a normal pug zerg. When it works it's usually because there's some well-organized guild present.

 

Yes, the breakbar phase is way overtuned. I'm pretty certain noone actually tested it for bigger groups (at smaller groups the breakbar scales way better). As it is, the bar really needs to be either weaker, or the breakphase longer (or both).
